Welcome

I am trained as a Humanistic Counsellor, meaning I will work alongside you to build a ‘therapeutic relationship’ where you feel comfortable exploring the issues you face and working towards a new way forward. I am a  registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I hold a level 5 diploma in Counselling.

I have experience in providing counselling for a variety of issues, including bereavement, relationship issues, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, confidence, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I have worked with neurodiverse clients to support their mental health needs.

Before becoming a counsellor I worked with parents of children with aditional needs as well as adoptive and foster parents supporting them to face the challanges of parenting.

I also previously worked administration within the NHS in both a hospital and a GP surgery.

I am passionate about offering a safe, non-judgemental space and am committed to providing non-discriminatory counselling services where everyone is welcomed.

What counselling services do you offer?

 I provide one-to-one 50-minute counselling sessions aimed at individuals over 16. You can choose to have in-person or online sessions

I have a counselling office at Fareham Marina, PO16 0RA.

 How much does a counselling session cost

? I offer a free initial consultation to help us uncover your goals for counselling. After that, each session is priced at £50.

 What is your availability for counselling sessions?

 I am available throughout the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
